Account Registration
- Each user is permitted to hold only one 42100 account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
- You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
- The registered name must match the name of the bank account holder used for deposits and withdrawals.
- 42100 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of account information.
Security & Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
- Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own, unless you have reported unauthorised access to us.
- You must notify 42100 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
- The use of bots, automated software, or any dishonest methods to exploit the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the 42100 platform are required to comply with all applicable usage rules. The platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful activities.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination without a refund:
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration or transactions
- Committing payment fraud, including the unauthorised use of credit cards or bank accounts
- Colluding with other users to exploit promotions or the bonus system
- Misusing the platform's chat or communication features for harassment or spam
- Using third-party software, bots, or automated systems that affect fair gameplay

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the 42100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported deposit methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank2U, and bank transfers via FPX from recognised Malaysian financial institutions.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the timeframe specified, depending on the payment method used. 42100 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, as well as processing times, may vary and are subject to change. All withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification.
Winnings earned while using bonus credits may be subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal is permitted. The full terms for each bonus offer are stated in the relevant promotional terms. Users are responsible for understanding these terms before accepting any bonus.
42100 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms until an investigation has been completed.
